Mix 1 cup Peanut Butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 large egg. Form dough into balls Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Take out of oven and make thumb print impression. Fill thumbprint with Strawberry Vanilla Rhubarb Jam or for a spicy twist Strawberry Habanero Jelly. Bake for 4 more minutes or until golden brown. Let cool and serve.
