Fired Up Pork Chops

  1. Season 1 inch thick pork chop with salt and pepper
  2. Sear on grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side
  3. Move to indirect heat and Glaze Cinnful Peach Habanero Jam on pork chop and cook until internal temperature is 145 degrees
  4. Let pork chop rest for 3 minutes before serving
