Fired Up Glazed Salmon

  1. Pat salmon filet dry and season with salt and pepper
  2. Bake Salmon in oven 8 minutes at 400 degrees
  3. Take salmon out of oven on and spread 1-2 tbs Strawberry Habanero Jelly
  4. Cook Salmon under broiler for 4-6 minutes or until opaque and flaky
  5. Let salmon rest for 5-10 minutes
  6. Serve whole filet or slice into smaller portions
